The documents also provide technical, geographic, and budgetary information on SSO, as well as details on the various oversight authorities, such as FAA, FISA and Transit Authority. The NYT article accompanying the release of these documents identified FAIRVIEW as the code name for AT&T, and STORMBREW as the code name for Verizon.
