Sharing Communications Metadata Across the U.S. Intelligence Community - ICREACH
Title
Sharing Communications Metadata Across the U.S. Intelligence Community - ICREACH
Subject
JWICS - Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System
Description
This document is a presentation about a new SIGINT processing application, ICREACH. The proposed application will enable "large scale expansion of communications metadata shared with IC partners." ICREACH makes "greater use" of NSA's communications metadata; "Information used by networks, services, or applications to route communications or make the content usable." ICREACH will also help "expand NSA sharing" to include more "modes of communications," more types of metadata, and an increased volume. The document also describes training, with screenshots of the ICREACH interface, and gives a timeline for the project rollout.
