It describes the MUSCULAR program, a program administered by GCHQ that collects the internet "cloud" traffic of Yahoo and Google from an interception point on British territory. It also describes the sources of intelligence from the President's Daily Brief, the premier U.S. intelligence product, drawn from all sources of the 16 intelligence agancies and available only to the president and a small number of his closest personal advisers.
