Classification Guide for NSA/CSS Quantum Computing Research

This document is a classification guide for the NSA's quantum computing research program. The guide outlines the security levels of the specific aspects of the program, from an unclassified level that acknowledges the fact that the NSA conducts quantum research and discusses QC theory with external researchers, to the Top Secret level detailing the specifics of the NSA's research towards building a "cryptoanalytic-scale quantum computer." The guide also gives details on the projects partnerships with second-parties, as well as references to information assurance vulnerabilites and weaknesses. There are definitions of terms at the end of the document.
